After selling a major portion of their divisions, this education management company needed to migrate technical and intellectual property assets to a new AWS infrastructure.
Their goal was to build greater self-sufficiency with technical platform hosting. The migration deadline loomed. Missing it would have resulted in significant contractual challenges.
The Solution
ServiceRocket worked collectively with the customer to analyze instances, create scripts and run tests to separate proprietary data and ensure confidentiality.
The ServiceRocket team was involved in establishing new infrastructure, migrating all required artifacts from Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Subversion, Github and Cloudforge and also provided training, custom plugin development and ongoing support services to ensure a smooth, holistic experience.
Working with ServiceRocket’s experts, the customer was able to continue work without interruption; the project’s completion, a major milestone, was celebrated internally.
