When WM-data (a LogicaCMG company) planned to extend their usage of the Atlassian JIRA issue tracking platform, they contacted ServiceRocket to deliver customized plugin development services. More specifically, they needed to add custom project fields and a billable hours log to JIRA.

ServiceRocket developed a custom virtual meeting scheduling application that ran within Atlassian Confluence, an enterprise Wiki. The result was the successful development of a new application named the Virtual Meeting Scheduler and a positive impact on internal strategy to rollout global Enterprise 2.0 solutions and systems.
