Culture as the Engine of Digital Transformation

Why do some digital transformations thrive while others stall?  It often comes down to one powerful factor: culture.

Join us for an exclusive executive breakfast as Dr. Chris L. Brown, co-author of The Human Culture Imperative: The Leader’s Playbook for Innovation and Sustainable Growth, explores how organisational culture can become the true engine behind digital transformation.

Drawing on decades of research into leadership, human performance, and engagement, Dr. Brown will unpack why the most successful leaders today are those who invest in people first, creating human-led, tech-enabled organisations that innovate faster, adapt better, and grow sustainably.

From Research to Real-World Practice

ServiceRocket CEO & Founder Rob Castaneda will share his insights into how culture plays a key role in our success and how he has built it over the past 24 years. He will also share how the ServiceRocket team system of work enables seamless integration into our everyday tasks, a powerful example of culture made operational.

You’ll also hear how ServiceRocket’s own “Share the Fruit” philosophy embodies the power of human connection, a living example of culture driving business growth and partnership.

What You’ll Learn

  • Human-led, tech-enabled cultures win: How to balance digital ambition with empathy, engagement and purpose.
