As Executive General Manager at IAG she led the most successful transformational synergy program in IAG’s history, establishing their global shared services division and delivering in excess of $200m of ongoing expense savings. She is part of the NSW Government’s Industry Reference Group for Women’s Entrepreneurship, a member of the CSIRO’s Responsible AI Network and is currently CEO & Founder at Pioneera.

He has worked in the banking industry in South Africa, implementing Enterprise Systems Management solutions. With over 10 years of experience at IBM, he emigrated to Australia in 2017. Mark has spent most of his career in pre-sales consulting on Service Management and Managed Services
